This product has been on my radar for awhile now.I found out about them on Instagram. The creator is a salon owner from Philly. Her E'Tae line has been around for 14 years. I finally went ahead and bought the treatment and I am happy that I did. It promises help rebuild damaged hair and maintain the health of healthy hair. The ingredients are very simple, in order; honey, bananas, olive oil, cornstarch, molasses, apple cider vinegar, water, tea tree oil. That's it. I would purchase this again. I will use this every other week to help it last longer because that price is no joke. You don't have to have to use a lot either. So I can see this lasting for awhile anyway.
{2} After rinsing the Carmel Treatment out, I shampooed my hair with my Bobeam Cocoa and Rhassoul Clay Bar. My hair felt clean but not stripped.
{3} I followed up with my TreSemme Naturals conditioner.
{4} T-Shirt dried my hair and applied my leave-in. I used the Alikay Naturals Lemongrass Leave-in conditioner. Which is another new product for me. I am loving this leave-in. I bought it at Target. I parted my hair into four sections. I sprayed each section and detangled my hair. Detangling went very well. This is very light weight leave-in but moisturizes like nobody's business and does not weight the hair done. The lemon scent is nice and isn't strong to me. It has been added to my staples list. I sealed with the TGIN Argan Replenishing Hair and Body Serum. I followed that up with the tension blow dry method. These two products are the only things in my hair and it lightweight, moisturized and soft.
I have had some serious hand in hair syndrome moments after this wash day. lol I haven't done a protein treatment to my hair in a long time. So on my next wash day it must be done.
Side Note: I am no longer doing a midweek cowash because it is just way to much work at the point. I will just moisturize and seal when my hair starts feeling dry
