Operation: Shrink the Stash Update

Now this is an old pic but I'm using it for the effect. Lol Anyway, so my stash has gotten a bit smaller recently. Mainly, because I gave away some products to some ladies that are apart of a Facebook hair care group. I am so happy to have gotten rid them. Some products were thrown out because of how long I had been keeping them and also because some of them I was hoarding with just a little bit of product left in their containers. Although I am happy with the progress there is still more to be made.

Have you been spring cleaning your products? How is it coming?

  1. Omgosh Candace---

I've been "spring cleaning" for MONTHS. Not just one or two months---more like the last 6 months! My conditioner stash is looking much better; everything actually fits in the drawer now. But my shampoo stash is another story. Even after throwing out 2-3 bottles of shampoo, I still have entirely too much. I just need to bite the bullet and give this stuff away! I just feel so wasteful!

    1. I feel wasteful too! But something has to be done. It doesn't help that I still pick up a new product every now and then either. Lol

  2. No matter how much stuff I give away/trash my stash is still crazy. I stopped the subscription boxes and still have stuff to last me all year.

    1. That is one reason why I never joined a subscription service. lol That's just way too much to try and go through. What if my hair doesn't like a product that's in the box? Now I have something else taking up space.

  3. I've been "spring cleaning" for over a year now and I'm finally starting to get down to the bones of my hair care stash. I probably have about month's worth of wash days before I can say I'm done. Hang in there, Candace. You'll get it under control.
